Grade V to X
students of CBSE Core had attended a session on 05-11-2015 about “ROAD
SAFETY AWARENESS ” and “SHE-TEAM” awareness conducted by the
Traffic Police, Kukatpally.
Mr Ravi and Mr
Maqbool, Sub-inspectors, Traffic Police,
Kukatpally, had addressed the students on the importance of road safety measures to be followed by the
public for their own well-being and safety. In effect to this, some live videos
of road accidents highlighting the negligence of the commuters were shown. In these videos it was clearly
evident that not adhering to safety
measures can lead to loss of valuable lives.
Besides the
above, students were also informed about the She-Team newly launched
by the Telangana govt. for the protection of the entire female fraternity from various crimes. The Whatsapp no. 9490617444 for direct complaints was shared with the
students by Ms Amrutha, an
active member of the She-Team.
